Welcome to Bury in Bloom 2010
We have been judged!
2010 has been an exciting and challenging year for Bury in Bloom, with routes to plan for two separate judging days. On Tuesday 20th July the regional judges – Hazel Law and Bill Boardman – arrived to assess our bid for a Gold award from Anglia in Bloom. Wednesday 4th August saw the arrival of Roger Burnett and Jon Wheatley, accompanied by Lucy Reid, from the RHS Britain in Bloom to judge Bury St Edmunds as a finalist in the Best Large Town/Small City category of the national competition. We now wait for the results with a degree of confidence, but no complacency! The Anglia in Bloom awards will be announced on 16th September and the RHS Britain in Bloom awards on 29th September.

Bury in Bloom is very grateful to Tom Freeman and Marcus Rackowe for producing the photographs of these important occasions. A full record of both days will soon be available in the Photo Gallery.
Sponsorship - one site remaining!
Tollgate Triangle – a large, mainly grassed area with mature trees – is available for sponsorship now.
The site takes four sponsor signs and is in a prime position on the northern edge of town with a good amount of traffic flow.
